A Haunting of the Hallways of the Nisga'a Hall for two nights this weekend

The opening act for the Hallowe'en season comes tomorrow as the Gitmaxmak'ay Nisga'a Society opens the doors to the Nisga'a Hall to the ghouls, ghosts and zombies of the North Coast for their annual Haunted House.

This year, the event makes for a two night experience, taking place Friday October 27th and Saturday October 28th from 6 to 9 PM.

The popular haunting not only takes you through the chilling experience of the Haunted House, but offers up a range of treats for those who dare to enter the doors.

The haunting comes with but a 2 dollar charge with proceeds going towards the Nisga'a Society youth programs. Nisga'a youth provide for the planning and er, execution .... of the night, with their creative spirits, providing for many of the themes for those that dare to explore what their imaginations have brought to life  ...

For those that take up the challenge of a good haunting a Grand prize awaits you if you share your journey through Social Media.

If you record yourself walking through the Nisga'a Hall on either of the two nights of the Haunted House and upload your video to either Twitter or Facebook, adding the hashtag of #NisgaaHauntedHouse you will be entered for a draw to win a $50 Cineplex Gift Card.

The Draw takes place on Monday October 30th.

You can keep up to the preparations for Friday and Saturday's Haunted House from the Gitmaxmak'ay Nisgaa Facebook page.

The Nisga'a Hall is located in the 800 block of Third Avenue West, across from Save On Foods.
