Masset RCMP seek help of the public in finding Wanted Man

The Masset detachment of the RCMP is seeking the help of the public in locating a man who is wanted on two counts of Assault.

Mounties on Haida Gwaii are looking for David Patrick Jack Thompson, a 54 year old Caucasian male who is 6 feet tall and weighs 168 pounds.

He is described as featuring a slender build and has Hazel eyes.

Should you see Thompson or know of his whereabouts you are asked to contact your local police jurisdiction, in the Masset area the detachment can be reached at 250-626-3991.

The Masset RCMP advise the public that under no circumstance should you confront Thompson, or try to apprehend him.
