With the addition of the Graham property, all ten of our listings are found on the west side of the city, knocking the east side of McBride of the property map for the next sevens days at least.
The ask prices for the west side properties have boosted the total value on the week, with the ten properties delivering a combined value of the $7,183,000 mark to the top end listings in the city.
The lowest mark for the list of ten now is set at $649,000, while our top end from the last week features a price point set at $829,000.
