Ferry Repairs for Lax Kw'alaams Ferry will mean alternative travel arrangements later this month

Some required repair work for the Lax Kw'alaams Ferry in a few weeks will make for a shift to a marine water taxi service  for a few days, with residents of the community reminded of the need to make reservations for the service.

The work is scheduled for October 20th and 21st.

The last ferry run takes place with the 9AM sailing of the 20th, with the vessel then moving into repair status until the 22nd.

The Water taxi has been arranged with Gat Leedm Marine, the full details on the service is available below:
