Real Estate Tracker: Week ending June 5, 2022

There were no additions or subtractions from the list of ten for this week, however a number or properties did feature some price readjustments when it comes to the asking price over the last seven days..

Three of our ten top the million dollar mark this week, one bubbles just under, while the majority of the week's listings are in the 800,000 mark.

The distribution of our list of ten has six homes for sale on the West side, and four on the East side.

  1. A number of questionable listings out there, not sure if the market will bare it.

    1616 Overlook for example

    Sold in January 2020 for $422 000
    Currently assessed at $518 300
    Currently listed at $689 000

    I'm no realtor, but watch enough million dollar listing to know to follow the comps.
