There's a new top end property to start off the month of September, that with the departure of a home on Graham from the list of ten, moving a nearby property on Van Arsdol to the top of listings.
That reduces the count to two for those currently atop the count in the million dollar plus mark this week, with another not far off that pace. The remainder of the week's listings are in the $800 - 900 thousand dollar mark.
