Real Estate Tracker: Week ending September 11, 2022

There's no change to the list of ten top end Prince Rupert properties for the week, though one listing on Alpine has dropped slightly to below the 800K mark.

That marks the latest of high end properties to see some  pricing declines in the last few weeks, that as the market prepares to shift from summer to fall.

The tour of our list is now at two for those currently atop the count in the million dollar plus mark this week, with another not far off that pace. The remainder of the week's listings are in the $800 - 900 thousand dollar mark.

The distribution of our list of ten remains an even split from East and West of the McBride Street divide.
