Three Night Rotary Club Auction set to launch Monday



Bargains and great values await Rupertites this week as the 49th Annual Prince Rupert Rotary Club Auction prepares to take to the air starting Monday night.

Available for viewing live on CityWest's Cable Channel 10, this years Auction offers up more than 650 items valued at more than 83,000 dollars and all of them are to be auctioned off during the course of the nightly four hour telecasts, which run from 6:30 to 10:30 each night.

The Auction launches on Monday night at 6 PM Monday, coming to an end on Wednesday night  at 10:30.

This week the Items available for bid were delivered through the weekly Newspaper which featured a supplement to the November 13th edition , those that don't have their copy can find access the information package from the Northern View's e-edition (Pages 33-48  )

The on line bidding opportunities have been available since November 11th, those that have found something to their liking can place a bid through the Rotary Club's bid page which outlines the process involved in getting your bid in.

The Auction which is one of the Rotary Club's major fundraising campaigns of the year, takes part thanks to a wide range of sponsors who provide the products and services available for bidding.

The success of the annual event is achieved through the work of a small army of volunteers, that help keep the Auction running smoothly for the three nights that it's on the air.

The gavel comes down for the first of three nights on Monday. When it does, the number to call to place your bid is 250-627-8666
