Tonight's AGM which is Open to everyone, offers up a chance to review how the 2017 season went, as well as to make plans for the September start for the 2018 season.
Coaches, parents, coordinators and the executive are among those who will be in attendance for tonight's session.
As one of the more popular of community sports, the September to January schedule finds a growing number of youth in Prince Rupert taking to the Court for practice sessions during the week and game day Saturday's and Sundays.
The Association is a volunteer based group, with parents and guardians stepping into coaching and off the court roles to ensure that the season runs smoothly year in and out.
If you have some time to spare, they can always make use of some help and welcome the involvement of the community, find out more tonight.
Following this evenings AGM, there is also be an Executive meeting scheduled.
One item coming up for the summer for parents and players to keep in mind is the Junior Timberwolves Summer Basketball Camp.
