One change has made its way to the listings of our ten top end properties as we head towards the holiday season of mid to late December.

Making a return to the listings is a property on Van Arsdol which keeps the current distribution much the same as it has been for a while now. With the balance of properties still placing four properties on the east side of town, with six to the west.

Our review this week keeps the total of the ten top listings edging above the 6,000,000 mark, with the benchmark for this week back remains just above the six million dollar point,  set at $6,249,000.

The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at  $540,000, while our top end from the last week now shifts to the price point of  $749,000
