Real Estate Tracker: Week ending August 19, 2019

Finally some sings of movement from our notes, as a West side property was removed from last week's collection, making some space for a return for a property from the east.

Though the weight of the listings still tilts towards the Graham Avenue and area side of town, which hosts a large number of our ten top end listings this week.

With one of the Graham Avenue property slipping off the list on the week, we once again saw a return from the east; with a Silversides home returning to the list of ten holding down our last spot from the review of the last seven days.

The total value of the list of ten shifts above the 7 million mark this week, thanks to the million dollar plus listing on Graham and is now pegged at $7,061,900

The lowest mark for the list of ten sits  at  $579,000, while our top end from the last week now is marked  at the price point of  $1,350,000
