The weight of the listings still tilts towards the Graham Avenue and area side of town, which hosts a large number of our ten top end listings this week.

The total value of the list of ten shifts above the 7 million mark this week, thanks to the million dollar plus listing on Graham and is now pegged at $7,062,800
The lowest mark for the list of ten sits at $579,900, while our top end from the last week now is marked at the price point of $1,350,000
