Nomination period set to come to an end for Chamber's Business Excellence Awards for 2020



The clock is winding down for residents of the North Coast to get in their nominations for a deserving business, organization or individual in twelve categories, with the last nomination accepted at 11:59 PM on Thursday, December 5th.

The online nomination process opened to the public on November 7th and since that time 109 nominations have been received by the Prince Rupert Chamber of Commerce.

The largest amount of nominations so far have gone to the Individual Customer Excellence category with 23, followed by the retail excellence category at 12.

You can review the submissions so far and add your nomination to the listings from this link to the Chamber of Commerce website.

The Awards, which are a partnership between the Chamber and the Prince Rupert Port Authority will turn the process over to voters later this month with more details to come as to the voting process through to February.

The BEA's for 2019-20 will be awarded on February 29th with showcase event at the Lester Centre of the Arts from 6 to 9 PM.

Tickets are now available for the event for 30 dollars from the Chamber office in the Capital Mall building on Third Avenue West.
