Prince Rupert RCMP request assistance in locating male wanted on warrants from 2019 and 2020


As they have in the last few weeks, the Prince Rupert RCMP detachment is digging into some of their past files and calling for some help from the public in locating some subjects currently wanted on warrants.

Today they outlined their quest for Gerald James Michael Morrison, outlining the nature of his case file for warrants from 2019 and 2020 related to alleged offences and charges of mischief under $5,000 and failure to comply with a release order.

Their subject of interest is pictured below and described as: 

An indigenous male; 183 cm (6'0); 73 kg (161 lb) black hair brown eyes 


The local detachment advises that he is considered dangerous and should not be approached. 

Anyone with information about his whereabouts are asked to call the Prince Rupert RCMP at 250-627-0700 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
