Real Estate Tracker: Week ending May 22, 2022

A couple of new additions to the list of ten, one which brings the total number to three for homes over the 1 million dollar plus mark, with one other just bubbling under that level.

Two of the million dollar high end properties are found in the Edwards Avenue area, the other two the traditional boulevard of Prince Rupert's million dollar chalets on Graham Avenue/Van Arsdol.

The distribution of our list of ten has seven homes for sale on the West side, and three on the East side.
