Go By Bike Week in Prince Rupert pushes off on Monday morning


Seven days of dedicated bike riding are ahead starting Monday as the annual Go By Bike event kicks off in Prince Rupert, the 2022 edition hosted by the Change Makers Education Society.

The project one of awareness of cycling education and one to increase fitness and awareness of the environment.

This year you can register for Free Online Cycling Courses, such as the Learn2Ride program for those 9-12 years of age and the Streetwise program for Youth 12 and above and adults.


Once registered you also will be entered for to win a number of prizes, including the Grand Prize of an Exodus Travels Cycling Adventure for Two in the Netherlands.

If the weather forecast holds, most of next week should offer an enjoyable journey for those taking to two wheels for the Go By Week project, with sun anticipated for the first four days of the week ahead.
