Wolf sightings increasing as June moves along in Port Edward

An increase of wolf sightings for Port Edward has given
District officials cause to remind residents on some basic
safety measures

The arrival of June has also brought an increase in the number of wildlife encounters for residents of the District of Port Edward, with the District noting of some recent incidents brought to the attention of the District office.

Towards advice, the District has reminded its residents of the contact options for the BC Conservation Officer Service and to report those incidents as soon as possible.
