District of Port Edward commences with search for next CAO

The District of Port Edward has launched their search
for the next CAO for the community

The Career Opportunity notes are now up for review, as the District of Port Edward looks to fill a recent vacancy with their senior staff.  

That after the announcement this week, that current CAO Danielle Myles-Wilson will be departing for Vancouver Island.

We offered up the review of Ms. Myles-Wilson's career shift on Tuesday, which will see her take on a similar role with the much larger Regional District of Cowichan Valley.

With her departure pending, Port Edward officials posted the job opportunity this week through the Civic Info municipal careers board.

The competition for the job will last just over a month, with the deadline to submit applications coming up on October 14th.
