Rec Centre positions make for latest City of Prince Rupert hiring quest

The Jim Ciccone Civic Centre and Earl May Aquatic Centre
make for the early employment focus for September

With fall programs set to get underway at Prince Rupert's Recreation facilities, the City is currently seeking to fill a number of staff vacancies at both the Earl Mah Aquatic Centre and the Jim Ciccone Ciivc Centre.

The most recent roll call of Civic positions includes:

Skate Patrol Session 

Ice Maker II 

Casual Icemaker  II

Lifeguard Instructor I or II

Casual Lifeguard

All of the positions above will be available until they are filled

As well as the call for employment opportunities, the City is offering a sneak preview of the fall programming at the Recreation centre, with the Fall 2022 Active Living Guide now available on line for browsing.

Tuesday also brings the popular one night Registration Evening event, where many of the city's programs and those in the community with activities offer a chance to learn more and register as part of the one night blitz.


Members of local groups and organizations will be on hand for the Tuesday evening event in the auditorium from 5 to 7 PM.
