It's been a while since Prince Rupert has been a venue for a Wrestling show, but come this spring if all falls into place, the Canadian Wrestling Elite will be bringing what it is calling its 11th Anniversary Tour to the North Coast in May.
The first mention of the upcoming tour came over the holidays through Social Media, with a link to the Facebook Event page posted to the #PrinceRupert twitter timeline.
There is no venue booked as of yet for the tour which will feature one of the CWE's Main Attractions in Shane Douglas, however wrestling fans can book tickets if they wish through the CWE website here.
The May 7th Show will run from 6 to 9 PM with a Bell time of 7PM.
The travelling troupe will also be in Terrace on May 8th, as well as for a show set for Burns Lake on May 6th.
