Another week of significant change, as the two top end listings of the last few months at the 1 million mark were removed from the online billboards of local realtors.
A move which removed a fair bit of the recent rise in asking prices, returning the list of ten to just over the 7 million mark.
The shift also now making for a even split between east and west of the McBride street dividing line.
