North Coast MLA Jennifer Rice has provided a tutorial for the BC Legislature on the annual work of L'association des Francophones et Francophiles du Nord Ouest in the region, highlighting the plans for this years Annual festval of all things French Canadian through the upcoming Sugar Shack.
Speaking in the Legislature on Monday, Ms Rice provided a bit of a history lesson about AFFNO and its work across Northwest British Columbia, as well as a glimpse of the event and the shared community experience that it will bring the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre.
This years Sugar Shack takes place on Saturday March 12th.
