Real Estate Tracker: Week ending March 17, 2019

There was a bit of stirring to the real estate market this week, with a new entry for our list of ten, making its way to the fourth spot overall for its debut.

The new listing however, has had little effect on the distribution from east to west, with the numbers the same as they have been for a while now.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

There's one change of note to our list of ten on the week, with a home of Overlook knocking a property on Conrad off the list of top end properties.

The geographical spread however remains the same for another seven days, with six homes now on the list from the west side, while four homes are found from the east.

The total value for the top ten listings in Prince Rupert now sits at just over $6,392,000.

The lowest mark for the list of ten rises a touch at  $579,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of  $749,000
