Destination Prince George this weekend for some time travelling back into Eighties

Music Lovers can shake out their big hair (providing they still have said) and boogie on down the road this weekend as the Eighties come to life in Prince George.

The Cariboo Rocks the North Festival is on for August 9 to 11 with 3 days and eleven bands of eighties memories set to tap your memory, hazy of those days as it may be.

Among the line up for the Prince George Exhibition park are some of the Big Names of Canadian Music of the day including

Loverboy, Glass Tiger, Trooper, Chilliwack, Streetheart, The Romantics, Helix, Sass Jordan, Carole Pope and Rough Trade, Doug and the Slugs and Lee Aaaron.

Cariboo Rocks the North is set for this weekend at the
Prince George Exhibition Park on the west side of they City

The event features a range of pricing options, including a Camping pass opportunity for those that want to live the eighties experience onsite for the full three days.
