Real Estate Tracker: Week ending October 2, 2022

There was little change to the list of ten for this week, with only one departure, a placement filled by a previous entry on Van Arsdol.

That entry add to the  continued cluster of homes in the Van Arsdol/Atlin/Alpine area which make for the bulk of the west side listings.

The tour of our list is now at two for those currently atop the count in the million dollar plus mark this week,  The remainder of the week's listings are in the $799 - 900 thousand dollar mark.

The distribution of our list of ten finds six properties on the west side, four to the east of the McBride Street divide.
