Real Estate Tracker: Week ending July 24, 2022

There's a new addition to the list of ten and with the arrival of the west side home, the total value of our list jumps over the 10 million mark once again.

Three of our ten, currently top the count in the million dollar plus mark this week, with another not far off that pace. The remainder of the week's listings are in the $800 - 900 thousand dollar mark.

The distribution of our list of ten features tilts to the west this week, with six listings west of McBride, four to the east.
