Update: Weather issues between the Northwest and Vancouver on Friday resulted in the Charles Hays Rainmakers having to withdraw from the Provincials tournament, with no flights leaving the Northwest through much of the day, the team would not have arrived in time for the tournament tip off.

The Junior Rainmakers are packing for their Friday trek to the Lower Mainland, with a four day push towards a Provincial title on the line, as the Charles Hays Squad makes yet another return to the Langley Events Centre.

The Makers' who won their Zones competition with hard fought victories over Caledonia in Terrace earlier this month, have been working through their playbook for much of the last few weeks, while also raising funds for the journey to the Lower Mainland Provincial tournament which runs from February 24th to 27th.

The focus now will turn to game day for Kevin Sawka's team, with the first match up of the Tournament on Saturday morning when they take on Burnaby Mountain at 8:30.

The road to a title is a four day journey, should the Junior Boys Rainmakers find success as the weekend moves forward, the Championship Game will take place on Tuesday February 27th at 6PM
