The return to the Legislature brought many of our MLA's to the discussion over last week's discover of the graves at the Kamloops Residential School.
The business of the House providing for a forum for a number of commentaries and observations from the Members, including those from Ellis Ross and Jennifer Rice.
Among the many of those to speak was the Green Party's Adam Olsen who delivered one of the most powerful addresses to be heard in the BC Legislature.
The prospect of electoral boundary was also a theme of note through the week, with both Skeena's Ellis Ross and Stikine's Nathan Cullen exploring the impact of any changes to the boundaries for the residents of the region.

For our readers from the Terrace-Kitimat region, Skeena MLA Ellis Ross was mentioned for five occasions in the record for the week in the Legislature from May 31-June 3
Mr. Ross's day began with a statement on the theme of accessibility for those with disabilities, and like many on the day Mr. Ross brought his own perspective and comments to the discussion on the Kamloops graves discover.
The work ahead for a committee to explore electoral boundaries was also the focus for the Skeena MLA who spoke to the topic on Monday afternoon.
Wednesday, the MLA had opportunity to share some best wishes towards a family member, noting for the Legislature of the 99th birthday of Lillian Eunice Henry, one of his family's paternal grandmothers.
On Thursday, Mr. Ross provided some background into a Vancouver company which has developed an air filtration system that has had results in reducing the impact of COVID and could be instrumental for future situations.
The Skeena MLA is not currently assigned to any Parliamentary committees
Mr. Ross is currently the BC Liberal's Opposition Critic for Environment and Climate Change Strategy.
The Skeena MLA is also contesting for the leadership of the BC Liberal Party

For our readers from the Bulkley Valley area, Stikine MLA Nathan Cullen was mentioned once in the record for the week in the Legislature from May 31-June 3
The Stikine MLA brought his long experience as a former MP to the discussion of potential electoral boundary changes.
Mr. Cullen was also part of the roll out of this years summer paving plan for the highways of Northwest British Columbian
The Stikine MLA is not currently assigned to any Parliamentary committees
