One new case of COVID recorded in Prince Rupert from weekly Local Health Data Report

 


A reminder today, that while things are promising, we're not quite out of the woods yet when it comes to COVID-19.  

That with this week's Local Health Data noting of one new case of COVID in the Prince Rupert area and one in the Upper Skeena Region making for the only colouring on the map in the Northwest for the period of May 23 to June 5.

The two cases providing some guidance of the need to continue to follow the ongoing COVID protocols just a little bit longer as we work our way through the second dose vaccination program.

The Prince Rupert second doses set to get underway on Monday at the Civic Centre.

Across the remainder of the Northwest, it was zeroes across the board reported from May 23- May 29 were as follows.

Nechako -- 0 
Burns Lake -- 0
Smithers -- 0 
Terrace --
Kitimat -- 0
Haida Gwaii -- 0
Central Coast -- 0
Bella Coola Valley --
Snow Country/Stikine/Telegraph Creek -- 0
