Real Estate Tracker: Week ending, July 3, 2022

A slight change to the list of ten for this week, with one property on the west side departing from the list of ten, with another property on the the same side of the city taking its place.

As it has for a number of weeks now, three of our ten, currently top the count in the million dollar mark this week, one bubbles just under 900 thousand dollars, while the majority of the week's listings are in the $800,000 mark.

The distribution of our list of ten features remains an even split, five homes for sale on the West side, and five on the East side of the McBride divide for this week.
