Real Estate Tracker: Week ending June 27, 2021

We come back from a break and find there's been a fair bit of change to the list of ten over the last two weeks, with a number of properties removed from the listings in that period and some new or returning properties moving in the top end listings.

The movement also makes for an even split from west to east this weeks, with five properties found on either side of the McBride Street line for this seven day period.

The listings below are purely for information purposes, for further background on the properties recorded, see our links page for access to the individual real estate listings.

  1. If you're asking anything more than $300 per sqft in this town. The house better be turnkey.
