Cellular phone connectivity issues leaves City Hall off the contact list

If you've been trying to reach City Hall by cell phone and had no luck today, your best bet may be an in person visit for now.

Some apparent connection issues for some of the cellular providers to the Prince Rupert area are apparently making it impossible to reach Prince Rupert City Hall and other land lines today.

The City issued the alert over the noon hour, noting that the issue belongs in the hands of the cell service providers, which it did not identify, noting that they have contacted them to address the situation.
