Real Estate Tracker: Week ending July 10, 2022

A slight change to the list of ten for this week, with one property on the west side pushing another from the west off the list of ten, adding some total value to the overall listings for the week.

As it has for a number of weeks now, three of our ten, currently top the count in the million dollar mark this week, with another not far off that pace. The remainder of the week's listings are in the $800 - 900 thousand dollar mark.

The distribution of our list of ten features remains an even split, five homes for sale on the West side, and five on the East side of the McBride divide for this week.
