City outlines it's Snow Plan as accumulation continues in Prince Rupert

The downtown streets of Prince Rupert from earlier this morning

The arrival of some winter weather has made for an all hands on deck approach for the City of Prince Rupert, with the City relaying their plan of attack this morning when it comes to how they will address the day's accumulation and the ongoing  event of the moment.

As part of their advisory, the City has also called attention to their Snow and Ice Control guidance.

Some feedback from the public when it comes to the city's efforts on the day is starting to appear as part of the comments portion of their Social Media message today.

As we noted earlier this morning, streets were slick and at times challenging for some areas of the city, a situation that seems consistent heading into the noon hour.

More notes on past weather events can be reviewed here.
