With plans for some housing construction set to get underway in the community this summer, the Lax Kw'alaams Band is sharing the word of a Job Fair set for Tuesday June 5th and Thursday, June 7th.
Contractors will be in attendance at the event to take place in the community's Elders Lodge with the Job Fair/Open house set to take place from 1:30 to 4 PM each day.
Would be applicants may wish to attend both sessions as different contractors will be in the community over the course of the days of the Job Fair.
Those attending should bring their most updated resumes along with them as they explore what kind of positions will be available once the work gets underway.
