Back in Service for the community, Prince Rupert Library celebrates Library month

With the Prince Rupert Library reopening to the public and adopting new measures as part of our new normal these days in times of COVID, the expanded opportunities to drop in to the Sixth Avenue West facility offer up a chance for the public to get back into a Library routine.

And the return to some semblance of that normal routine comes just as the Library moves into Canadian Library Month, a chance to welcome returning patrons and new ones and share in all that the Prince Rupert Library has to offer.

As part of Library month, the Prince Rupert staffers have put out a Reading challenge, suggesting some ideas for North Coast residents as they look to crack open at least five books this month. Those that participate will be eligible to win a prize a month's end.

Some background on the new regulations for those looking to stop by the Library can be reviewed here.

Further notes on Library Month and other themes from the Library can be explored through their website and Facebook page.

More community notes can be found on our archive page here.
