As it was last week, the arrangement of the top end of the listings brings a 7-3 split from west to east, with seven properties west of McBride and three on the list located on the east side of the city.
The lowest mark for the list of ten sits at $499,900 while our top end from the last week now is marked at the price point of $1,290,000
