Real Estate Tracker: Week ending July 14, 2019

Once again there is little change to report on when it comes to the top end properties in the region, with a single million dollar plus home still holding the top spot and many of the familiar listings of the last few weeks firmly in place on the list of ten.

There was one change of note for the last seven days, with one east side property departing the listings, to be replaced by another.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

The east/west split  remains at 9 to 1 for the list of ten, six of the nine top end properties found in the Graham/Atlin area of the city, the lone representation on the east side coming from a property on a returning property on Silversides that jumps to the top ten with the departure of a Heron Road listing.

The total value of the list of ten remains above the 7 million mark this week, thanks to the million dollar plus listing on Graham and is now pegged at $7,011,900

The lowest mark for the list of ten sits  at  $579,000, while our top end from the last week now is marked  at the price point of  $1,350,000
