Draw your way to Rogers Arena for a Canucks game this season

If you're a Minor Hockey player in Prince Rupert and you can draw as well as you can skate and win face offs, you could soon find your way to Rogers Centre for a Vancouver Canucks hockey game.

For registered players in Minor Hockey the chance to take in the game, meet the players and stand on the blue line with the starting lineup comes with one submission of a drawing, one which features you and your favourite Canuck.

The partnership between BC hockey and the Canucks is set to bring some hockey dreams come true on nine occasions this season, with the contest open to all BC hockey players ages of 9-14.

All participants must be registered with BC hockey, the winner will receive two tickets for the assigned game, with an option to purchase additional tickets.

Players must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and travel and accommodation is not included as part of the contest.

Those players looking to participate can submit a photo of their work here, they should make sure to tell contest organizers why the player from the Canucks that they have selected is their Favourite.

The Schedule of Games that budding artists and hockey players might be taking in can be found below, 1 player will be attending each game with the successful artist/player standing on the blue line during the national anthem:

More details on how to participate can be found here.

You can also explore some of the notes on the contest from the PRMHA website.
