Plans are in motion for the 2022 Summer Camp program through the Prince Rupert Recreation Department |
As we head towards what we hope will be a more normal summer for all, the City of Prince Rupert is in the process of seeking out some key staff positions for the annual summer camp program through the Recreation Department.
Two positions have been posted to the City Website, with a deadline of May 30th set for those with an interest in working with youth over the summer.
The First is the 2022 Summer Camp coordinator position, a seasonal post that runs from June to August.

Both of the Summer Camp positions have been funded by the 2022 Canada Summer Jobs program.
Once the staff is hired, the Recreation Department can get the planning completed for the 2022 Summer program, to find out when registration opens and what this years program offers follow the City of Prince Rupert Recreation Department Facebook page or watch their website for the Summer Active Living guidebook.
