Just one change marks our look at last week's entries of top end listings in Prince Rupert.

With the return of the east side to our review of listings, with an Overlook Street property claiming the final spot of the list of ten to break the West's hold on the top end housing notes.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

While much the list of properties remained the same as has been for the last few weeks, the east side finally gets a slice of the top end listings pie,

Still the West side continues to dominate our review, with Six of the ten found in a cluster around Graham and Atlin, while others are in the Pineridge area, as well as near the downtown waterfront area.

With the departure of one of the listings from the review, the total value of the list of ten drops this week,  to just below the 7 million mark this week, a slight decline from the values found through most of the summer.

The lowest mark for the list of ten sits  at  $538,000, while our top end from the last week now is marked  at the price point of  $1,350,000
