As summer season ends, BC Transit modifies its Port Edward service

Transit service to Port Edward will see a slight change come this Monday

Starting Monday there will be some changes for transit users on Route 60 to and from Port Edward to take note of, that as BC Transit discontinues its summer service to North Pacific Cannery Historical site, as well as to suspend its Sunday service to Port Edward until next May.

The Move comes as the Historical site goes into its annual winter hibernation, that following one final weekend event set for this Sunday.

The advisory of the change for residents of the District was posted to the Port Edward Transit website last week.
