Prince Rupert and area residents should soon see more stories of local note on the evening newscast from Terrace based CFTK TV, that as the Bell Media station's newest reporter made a short debut as part of last week's news flow.
Eddie Huband is the new addition to the reporting team for the Northwest news service, making his introduction to the news gathering in Prince Rupert from TV 7 with last weeks story on the BC Ferries situation on the North Coast.
Mr. Huband, who is listed as from Ontario, joins TV 7 from Black Media, having previously working for the Terrace Standard from August 2021 to March of this year.

The newest reporter for the North Coast fills in the staffing hole that was created in late February when Joshua Azizi departed Prince Rupert and Bell Media for work in Vancouver.
For TV7 the new hire makes for the latest in a collection of new faces put in place over recent months from the Terrace studios.
